If you need to change or cancel your preorder, please contact Jake as soon as possible using the contact form.

Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once preorders have closed, ingredients have been allocated or preparation has begun.

This does not affect your statutory rights if your order is faulty, incorrect, unsafe or not as described.
