Missed Collection Policy

If you expect to be late or cannot attend your collection slot, please contact Jake as soon as possible using the contact form.

Collection slots help keep orders organised and ensure each order is handed over as fresh as possible. Because cookies are freshly prepared and perishable, an alternative collection time cannot be guaranteed.

If an order is not collected during the agreed period, a refund, replacement or free remake may not be available. Any alternative arrangement will depend on availability and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
